Having more staff isn’t the complete solution to the problem. Because even if I was a GM right now (for example), that wouldn’t help because I couldn’t give any answers.
So while, yes, having more GM’s/Forum Support would be great for better coverage (time zones etc) it wouldn’t alleviate the issue that 90% of the issues need to be addressed by Paracute, whom had said his plate is very full at the moment with IRL stuff. That’s not a good thing at all, but you can’t expect 1 person to be available day and night to fix/answer everything.
Unless Parachute brings on another dev/owner that can answer and resolve the bigger issues, it’ll most likely be the same none commitmental answers given, which again, is totally expected and understandable.
